She was born in Wewoka, the daughter of Roy and Bernetta (Hamilton) Gammons. She attended Sasakwa Schools. She married James (Dale) Jones on Aug. 4, 1958, in Sasakwa. She died at the age of 64 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, and a sister. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Phillips Mullins officiating. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home of Wewoka.
