Mr Brown was born in Hidalgo a son of Harrison A and Hester Hutson Brown
He had lived in Decatur 60 years and was affected with the Mound Chapel Church of God
Mr Brown was a laborer for the Christy- Foltz Co for 19 years
He married Vonna Arlean Trimmer in Decatur on December 29 1915
Survivors include his wife, Daughters Mrs Elwin (Mae) Eubank,Mrs Lolela Freeman,Mrs James (Betty) Freeman all of Decatur and Mrs Charles (Ruth) Hilliard of Clare Mich,sons Derald A of Warrensburg and Charles G of Decatur.brothers Elbert and Cloyce of Urbana,Fred of Arkansas,Joe of Greenup and Roy of Hammond IND.and16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by one son,two brothers and two sisters
