He was the son of the late Cecil and Bassie (Harlan)Hall and the husband of the late Ernestine Hall.He was the owner of Valley and A1 Sanitation retiring after 50 years. He also was an Army veteran of WW2. Survivors include two grandsons,Brent Hall and wife, Kimberly and Michael Rush;two granddaughters,Jennifer Hall Seaborn Toombs and her husband,Greg and Lisa Hall Gardison; a daughter-in-law, Charlotte Hall; and four great-grandchildren. A son,Jerry Hall,preceded him in death.
