Ruth Bass Wells, 84, died Monday, March 3, 2008.
She was the daughter of the late Elisha Anderson Bass and Fannie Louise Bass.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence L. Wells, and brothers, Selby Bass and Charlie Bass.
She is survived by sisters, Cora Alice Bass Lamm Johnson of Wilson, Glenda Sparrow (David) of Pittsboro, and Brenda Evans (Butch) of Garner; sisters-in-law, Hannah Bass of Black Creek and Lois Bass of Lucama; one brother, Carlton Bass (Marie) of Black Creek; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
