CHESTER CIBOROSKI, 78, A lifelong resident of Greenwich died Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Nathaniel Witherell. Born in Greenwich, December 14, 1930, he was the son of the late William and Stella Koziel Cibroroski. Mr. Ciboroski was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was manager of Lord & Taylor for many years. A member of the American Legion. One of his favorite pastime was going to Island Beach with his friends. Mr. Ciboroski is survived by two nieces, Jill Brown of Margate, Fla. and Jana Ciboroski of Asheville, N.C.; two grandnephews, John Brown and Shane Brown of Florida. He was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Ciboroski. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, June 22, in St. Mary's Church, 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Fred D. Knapp & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
