Joyce Allen DeStefano, 80, of Charlotte died August 5, 2018 at The Laurels. She was born on May 19, 1938 in Providence, RI to the late Richard and Bertha Allen.
Survivors include her sons, John "Butch" and wife Shari of Davidson, David and wife Sarah of Pittsboro and Rick and wife Renita of Harrisburg; and 5 grandchildren, Thomas, Christina, Nicole, Kolby, and Mychal.

A funeral mass will be held at 10 am Thursday, August 9 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium. The family will receive friends in the parish hall following the service.
