COLUMBIA - Winnie F. Orr, Jr., 46, of Columbia, died Tuesday at the home of his parents in Mullins. He was born in Marion County, a son of W. F. and Ethel Stanley Orr, and was married to Jessie Brown Orr.
He was an electronics technician with Sound Unlimited of Columbia.
Survivors include his wife; mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Orr, Sr. of Mullins; one daughter, Mrs. Coy (Lois) Page of Lake View; one brother, Wilton R. Orr of Mullins; three sisters, Mrs. T. J. (Lettie Ruth) Rogers of Mullins, Mrs. B. L. (Dorothy) Hill of Lake View and Mrs. Joe C. (Catherine) Munnerlyn of Marion; and two step-sons, H. R. Matthews and Don Matthews of Miami, Fla.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home in Mullins at 4 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Lewis E. McMccormick. Burial will be in Cedardale Cemetery.
