LAKE VIEW - Mrs. Lois Page, beloved mother and grandmother, died Friday, September 10, 2010 after an illness. Funeral Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 at Bear Swamp Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Bear Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Cook Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mrs. Page was born in Mullins, daughter of the late W. F. Orr, Jr. and the late Margaret Price Wilcox. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Coy A. Page.
She was a member of Bear Swamp Baptist Church where she was the choir director and organist for 20 years.
Mrs. Page is survived by a son, Stephen Coy Page (Sharon) of Florence; daughter, Shawn Page Larimore of Lake View; and 2 grandsons,

"Lois played the piano and organ almost all her life she loved all kinds of music. She played for Bear Swamp Baptist Church as their organist and music director or over 20yrs. When she wasn't playing she was practicing. She was a wonderful wife to her only husband Coy Page. She was an immaculate house keeper and a great cook as well. She also made the best desserts as well. She was an avid reader and loved the beach.
During her teenage years she loved going to the beach and learned to shag dance very well. She loved Cherry Grove Beach the best. She also loved to lay out on the beach cause she said it was the most peaceful place on earth.
Lois was the best and most loving mother and grandmother a family could have. She was a wonderful daughter-n-law to her in-laws anyone could ask for. She will be greatly missed by all. She certainly is now an angel in heaven along with her husband and parents." - Daughter, Shawn Page Larimore
