JESSIE CHLOE KELLEY, 86, of Berryville, Arkansas passed away at her home with family by her side on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. She was born on April 8, 1932 in Marble, Arkansas to Ernest Arthur Haley and Ada Ethel (Harp) Haley.

She was a member of the Towering Oak Church. She was a Godly matriarch of her family. She had a passion for spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the rest of her family. She enjoyed spending time sewing, gardening and quilting.

She is survived by her children, Larry Garrison and Darla, Sandi VanVliet and Mike, Brenda Currie and Mike, Charles Kelley and Lisa McKinney, Paula Kelley; siblings, Willie Haley, Ella Martinez, Ethel Dill and T.J.; eleven grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

On October 14, 1955 she was united in marriage to Charles Levi Kelley who precedes her in death. She is also preceded in death by her parents, two children, Wiley Kelley, Tresa Kelley and ten sisters.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, May 6, 2018 at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel, Berryville. Funeral service 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 7, 2018 at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel, Berryville. Brother Larry Garrison and Brother Brian Bowerman officiating. Interment will follow in the White Oak Cemetery, in Berryville.
