Matilda's siblings were Jacob (Jake) Roberts, James, Louisa, Armentia and then I believe Matilda was the youngest. Jake, Louisa and Armentia ( Minnie) had children. When Louisa died early, Matilda raised her daughter Magdalene Midkiff in Williamson, West Virginia.
Jake's children were James (called Brother), Lek (called Preach), Imogene and then Magdalene. Of this group only Preach had biological children, four girls whose names I do not know. They all resided around Williamson, West Virginia.

Louise was my great-grandmother. She had seven children with her husband John Daniels before she died at 69 years old. No Magdalene. However, her brother Jake and his wife Eva/Evie had a daughter named Magdalene. This may be the one Matilda raised.
