Caswell was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and the Caribbean American Club both of Lehigh Acres. He is survived by 10 children, Yvonne, Greta, Joyce, Clement, Shirley, Claudet, Balford, Consuella, Barry, Vinnette, 1 sister, Madelyn, 54 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren.
