Actor. A native of Spain, he became one of Argentina's leading stars. Serrano began his career on stage and successfully toured Europe and America. He went on to appear in over 80 films. His credits include "El Alma del Bandoneón" (1934), "Noches de Buenos Aires" (1935), "Tres Anclados en París" (1937),"El Solterón" (1940), "Los Martes, Orquídeas" (1941), "Rigoberto" (1945), "El Calavera" (1954) and "La Cigarra no es un Bicho" (1962). Several theatres in Argentina bear his name as a tribute.
