Joe Lynn Sharp a resident of Rockhouse, Arkansas passed away September 23, 2014 at the age of 73 years. He was born January 2, 1941 in Best, Arkansas to Carl Lafayette and Opal (Buckles) Sharp.
Joe was a Butcher for forty five years. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a former member of the Branson Bass Masters. He was an avid hunter & fisherman. Joe enjoyed gardening & digging dandelions. He loved the outdoors, but mostly he cherished every moment with his family.
On July 25, 1964 he was united in marriage with Carolyn Joan Sisco who survives him of the home. He is also survived by two daughters, Angela Groves & friend Zeke Stewart of Berryville, AR; Tammy Deatherage & fiance Tyler Buckner of Berryville, AR; one brother, Gerald & wife Loretta Sharp; sister, Glenda Harriman; five grandchildren, Destiny & husband Lee Risley, Dustin Groves, Tyler, Nicholas & Kori Deatherage; two great grandsons, Camron & Ferris Risley; two special friends, Cory Winters & Cassie Campbell; several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl & Opal Sharp, six brothers, two sisters, & three brother-in-laws.
