Joanie's whole world was her grandkids and great grandkids!
Joanie is survived by her daughters Tammy Buckner (Tyler) of Green Forest, Arkansas and Angela Groves (Zeke Stewart) of Berryville, Arkansas; five grandchildren: Destiny Risley (Lee) of Republic, Missouri, Tyler, Nicholas, and Kori Deatherage of Berryville, Arkansas, Dustin Groves of Springfield, Missouri; seven great grandchildren: Cameron and Ferris Risely of Republic, Missouri, Harley and Myra Deatherage of Berryville, Arkansas, Mason Deatherage of Berryville, Arkansas, Rilie and Liam Deatherage of Berryville, Arkansas; sister Janice Clark, Lynn Colvin, and Mary Bohannon all of Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Sharon Ashcraft (Chet) of Wichita, Kansas; brother David Sisco (Becky) of Berryville, Arkansas; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Sharp; parents Claud Denton and Nana Faye Sisco; brother James Sisco; and twin sister Linda Jo Ray.
A Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Rockhouse Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
