Helen retired from Abbott Laboratories and began a long career as a volunteer for Scotland Memorial Hospital. Her zest for adventure took her to many European countries, Hawaii, Alaska and many states in the continental United States. She had a smile for everyone and a twinkle in her baby blue eyes. Standing less than 4'10", she was quite a dynamo and was always raring to go, getting it done and doing it right the first time.
