Aunt Lucy lived most all of her life with Ralph (Rafe) and Belle Holbert. Lucy was deaf which may be a reason why no one really knew her exact age. It is not known when Lucy first went to live with her brother, Rafe Holbert. Lucy was a tremendous help to Belle, when all of the boys were born and when they were growing up. Aunt Lucy died a few short months after Belle Holbert passed away. Maybe, she didn't want to be left behind. She lived with various nephews until her death. Biographically Source: Lila Holbert Sims
