Mrs. J. C. Leathers died at her home on the Danville Pike Wednesday, aged 64 years. She was a most estimable and lovable woman and for many years had been a devout member of the Christian Church. Her funeral was held Thursday afternoon at the residence, Rev R.N. Simpson, her pastor officiating, and the interment was in Spring Hill Cemetery. Besides her husband, a number of grown children are left to mourn their loss.
