Eula Lee Tillman Dill, 82, of the Britmart community, died at 7:35 a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2010, at Covington’s Convalescent Center of natural causes.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home, with the Revs. Gayla Webb and Jeremy Hayes officiating. Burial will be in Tabernacle Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

A native of Christian County, she was born Aug. 24, 1927, the daughter of the late Carl Evans and Effie Alma Rose Tillman.

She was retired from the International Shoe Company after 16½ years of employment and Country Manor Nursing Home after 15 years of employment.

She was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church, where she was treasurer for the Tabernacle Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Wayne “Bimbo” Dill in 1966.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Dill, who she married August 24, 1950; a son, Howard Dill, Hopkinsville; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
