He was a resident of North Georgia for over 40 years and a member of Catoosa Baptist Tabernacle.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Frank and Rebecca Viola Clines; 5 brothers; 10 sisters and two children.
Survivors include his son, Phillip (Angela) Clines; daughters, Peggy Cuzzort and Janice (Paul) Baker; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bill Gardner and Pastor Justin Gazaway officiating. Interment will be in the Corinth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Section, AL.
The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Saturday at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
