Mr. John Greenfield, age 78 of Elkton, passed away 2:40 PM Friday, October 28, 2016 at his residence of natural causes. Services for Mr. John will be 12:00 Noon Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Miller and Rev. Don Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in the Todd County Meadow Haven. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Latham Funeral Home.
Mr. John was born February 24, 1938 in Todd Co., KY the son of the late Damon Ray Greenfield and Martha Frogue Greenfield. He was a farmer, contractor and owner of John Greenfield and Sons Construction. He was a member of Elkton Church of the Nazarene and Gideons International Todd County Camp.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Barbara J. Greenfield of Elkton; his sons, Kenneth “Patch” (Sue) Greenfield of Elkton, Glenn K. (Donna) Greenfield Sr. of Cadiz; Ronnie (Regenia) Greenfield of Elkton, David (Stacy) Greenfield of Elkton; his daughter, Norma (Scott) Sanders of Clarksville, TN; his sister, Peggy Johnson of Knoxville, TN; 17 Grandchildren and 29 Great Grandchildren.
