George H.Sage 65, of RR#1 Sidney, was retired in 1966 from the Monarch Machine Tool Co. died at 8:45 am at Wilson Memorial Hospital. Death was attributed to Cancer.
Services will be held at 3 PM Wednesday from Cromes and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Stockman officiating.

Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, friends may call at the funeral home after 3 pm Tuesday and on Wednesday until the Service.

Born Feb.19,1903 in Sidney he was the son of Grant and Hattie Frelds Sage. Surviving are hie wife the former Leona Given to whom he was married Jan 14, 1925. Three daughters, Mrs Robert (Jean) Hughes, Mrs Marion (Joan)Shoffner and Mrs Robert (Jerri) Alexander all Of Sidney, a brother Ralph Sage of Sidney, sister Mrs Leo (Katherine) Scherer of Piqua and two Grandchildren and Eight Great-grandchildren.
A son Jack Leroy Sage was killed in action in World War II, two brothers Also preceded him in Death. Rev Harold McKnight Officiating Not Rev Stockman
