Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2006, at the funeral home with Masonic Rites 7:30 p.m.
He was born April 8, 1927, in Saline County to Oliver and Grace (Edwards) Ewan.
He was a member of Eldorado Masonic Lodge No. 730 A.F. and A.M., Patton Commandery. He was a businessman in Eldorado for many years, owning and operating a grocery store and laundry.
He is survived by two daughters, Donna Bradley of Springfield and Deborah (Gerald) Weiland of Eldorado; a brother, Carl Ewan, formerly of Eldorado; five grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, John Ewan.
