The native of Moncada Tarlac, Philippine Islands, moved to Savannah in 1956. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and vice president of Sicay Properties. She was a member of Baldwin Park Neighborhood Association, The Filipino American Coastal Association and the Filipino American Prayer Group.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Ret. Major Teofilo C. Sicay of Savannah; five daughters, Remy Sicay Boyles, Teolita Sicay-Doms and Elizabeth R. Sicay, all of Savannah, Florinda Sicay Atwood of North Royalton, Ohio, and Rosemary Sicay-Perrow of Avondale Estates; two sons, Teofilo R. Sicay Jr. of Savannah and George R. Sicay of Yorktown, Va.; seven grandchildren, a great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today and Friday at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Victory Drive Chapel, Rosary service at 7 p.m. Friday.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 11 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, burial in Catholic Cemetery.
