B.J. passed away September 28,2006 at 7:00 a.m. in Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, La. after a short bout with cancer. God took B.J. home with him without allowing her to linger in pain for months. We know that she is at peace in Heaven with Jesus. B.J. was a family member but not blood relative to us. She and my cousin, Dorothy "Dot" Dauzat Chenevert were together for 23 years. They lived and worked together. They were each other's shadow, together all the time. One was never seen without the other. B.J. was loved by all of Dot's family, sisters, brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, everyone loved her. She was a compassionate and caring person, never a bad word on anyone. She and Dot took care of each other. B.J. will be missed very much, especially by Dot and Dot's family. She was like another sister to them. B.J. is now in Heaven and watching over Dot and the rest of us.
