Scott was the son of Donald W and Daisy (Cawley) Wiseman. He was married on February 25, 2002, she survives. He is survived by 10 children, several grandchildren & great grandchildren and a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Joyce Putnam, and brother Donald Wiseman.
He married Cindy Rhoads 11 Nov 1972. They were divorced 30 Mar 1989. 25 Feb 2002 he married Lynette J Thompson.
Scott was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during the Vietnam War where he received a Silver Star.
He was a truck driver, drove an ice cream truck, and a long time Salvation Army Bell Ringer. He was also a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit. He served the church as head usher and groundskeeper.
Services were held on December 21, 2015 with military honors to follow. Interment to follow at Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
