Honoria "Nora" Deane never married. She was the daughter of Patrick Deane Sr. and his wife, Honoria "Nora" Madden Deane.

She sailed on the S.S. "Etruria." arriving at New York Port on 21 Apr 1890. She was listed as a spinster.

On the 04 Jun 1900 US Census, she was living at 1045 East 80th Street, Manhattan, and working as a servant. On the 01 Jun 1905 New York State Census, she resided at 1045 Madison Avenue and was a servant. On the 26 Apr 1910 US Census, she was a lodger at 1124 Third Avenue and was a laundress for a private family. On the 05 Jan 1920 US Census, she lived at #32 36th Street and worked as a maid for a private family. On the 12 Jul 1930 US Census, she lived with her brother, Patrick, at 1684 East Second Avenue and was unemployed. She stated she had been Naturalized. On the 06 Apr 1940 US Census, she was living with her brother, Patrick at 222-230 82nd Street and was unemployed. At the time of her death in 1943, her residence was 345 East 77th Street.
