Ronnie Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at New Forest Cemetery, Forest, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Mrs. Haste was born April 8, 1926 in Casey County, Kentucky and passed away April 28, 2015 in Ruston, LA. She was a homemaker and a Pastor’s wife. Mrs. Haste was preceded in death by her husband Walter Lee Haste. Mrs. Haste is survived by her daughter, Shirley Haste Weems (Conrad); sons, Ervin Haste (Sandi), Larry Haste (Ruth), Darrell Haste; sisters; Pauline Price, Regina Hyden, Joanna Baugh; brothers, Joe Bradley(J.B.) Bastin, Freeman Bastin; sister-in-law, Dorothy Haste and June Haste; grandchildren; Marcie Weems Guerrero (Melvin), Amanda Weems Foret (Byron), Vicki Haste Birkholtz (Todd), Freeman Haste (Kari) and Ben Haste (Shannon). Pallbearers will be Byron Foret, Melvin Guerrero, Freeman Haste, Thom Haste, Gerald Smith and Walter Smith. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 from10:00 AM until 12 Noon at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
