Joallene “Jo” Watson Raymond, age 74, of Cayuga passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. She was born March 1940, in Palestine, Texas , to Allan T. and Joye Bailey Watson, and preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at Bailey & Foster Chapel, with Rev. Rodney Wallace officiating.
