Obituary: The sad news of the death of Mrs. Edward T. Ekey of Fernwood, O., which occured on last Sunday morning was a great shock to her friends. She had been a sufferer from diabetes and a complication of other diseases for a number of years. Mrs. Ekey was formerly Lucerene Crawford and raised near Richmond, O. Mrs. Ekey leaves to mourn her loss besides her faithful husband, the following children: James of Kansas; Mrs. Ed. McCullough of Fernwood, O.; Howard of the home place, and Mary, Hattie and Ida at home. She was for many years a member of Ekey's M. E. church. Her funeral services will take place at her home on Tuesday at 10 a.m.; interment in Long's M. E. cemetery.
