Mrs. Shoun was born December 8, 1933 in Wilkes County to Wiley and Della Mae Nelson Pike.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two infant sons, Kenneth Wayne Shoun and Bruce Dean Shoun; one brother, George Wiley Pike; and five sisters, Leona Caudill, Alverta Roberts, Doris Absher, Carrie Pike, and Maude Pike Wagner.
Surviving are her husband, Clarence Marshall Shoun; one son, Clarence Marshall Shoun Jr., (Ginger); three daughters, Della Shoun, Sandra Pitts (Henry), Rebecca Shoun; one brother, Billy Ray Pike (Rhetha); seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be private.
