Died, in Pottsville, on the 21st. ult., Andrew McClure, a Revolutionary soldier in the 98th year of his age.
From the "Miners Journal"
McClure Andrew Pottsville June 21 1850 98th year sergeant in the Revolutionary War funeral from the residence of T. Baughard (sic) in Schuylkill Ave, corner of Third Street June 23 at 9 A.M.
This was his daughter Sarah husband Thomas Banghart residence.
