Ruth Vibbart may have been born in Kentucky. By the 1900 census She & her husband disappear. One theory may be Asiatic cholera epidemic hit Bedford County from 1866 up till 1934. You can see many stone covered graves (cholera or smallpox victums) as you visit Bedford County cemeteries , a lot of the in Normandy area near the Troxler Cemetery. I think they may have both died before 1900 in a cholera or smallpox epidemic
