Funeral services for Sumner Fauley, noted cartoonist and a former traveling salesman for the Weller Pottery company here, were held Tuesday afternoon at Columbus. Burial was in Wesley cemetery, near Columbus, beside the grave of his wife who died here a little more than a month ago.
Following his wife's death, Mr. Fauley moved from his home on Dryden road to live with a sister, Mrs. Walter Maxwell, Xenia, where he died Saturday.
Surviving are two sisters, Miss Ema Fauley, Fultonham and Mrs. Maxwell; four nephews, including George and Chester Roberts, this city, and four nieces.
