According to the DGFQ, p. 707; OFC, p. 37, Marie is the daughter of Jean Luguan and unknown mother. She married (1) Pierre Lemieux on 27 June 1614, in France. They are the parents of the following known children (all baptized in Saint-Michel, Rouen):
1) Jean, baptized in Rouen on 1 October 1615
2) Pierre, baptized in Rouen on 21 October 1616, md Marie Bernard
3) Claude, baptized on 10 June 1624.
She also raised her husband's nephew Gabriel Lemieux, who was the son of Thomas (Louis and Pierre's brother). The DGFQ records have now been updated showing that they were his aunt and uncle (although they raised him and treated him like a son).
She married (2) Pierre's younger brother Louis in about 1629.
