Life's Work/Service/Interests: On December 11, 1946, Lucille married C. Hal Day. She eventually forgave him and joined him in marriage raising three children. They made their home in Orem, Utah, since 1951. Lucille lived a full and eventful life; she was a joy to all that had the privilege of knowing her. To those close to her, she was known as "Freddie." She was the bane of mice and tolerated incessant teasing from her children, who at times, did not behave. Present at the time of her passing were her husband of 68 years, C. Hal Day; her daughter, Kathy from Washington State; her son, Robert, who resides in Alaska; and she had spoken to her son, Larry, currently in North Carolina, who was stranded by weather events on the east coast.
