Mrs. Sarah Blakely Pullen of Lumpkin Rd died Monday, August 19, 2013 at her residence.She was a native of Augusta, a graduate of Paine College; a member of the Friendship Baptist Church, and Mother of the Church.
She was a retired cashier after working many years in New York City, NY and later retired from Sun Trust after ten years.
Survivors are son, Thomas Wright "Tommy" Pullen, Augusta, GA; two devoted nieces, Florine Evans, Augusta, GA, Beverly Davis, Hephzibah, GA, nephew, Michael (Diane) Blakely, Peachtree City, GA; four great-nieces, Rosetta (Vester) Wright, Covington, GA; Carla Evans, Brandi Nunnally, Augusta, GA; Diona (Mario) Dent, Conyers, GA; six great-nephews, Michael Evans, DeWayne (Nastassia) Davis, Augusta, GA, Silas M. Evans, Centreville,VA; Minister DeMond ( Le'Canta) Davis, Conyers, GA, Michael J.
