J.W. served in the U.S.Army Signal Corps during W.W.II & then worked with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission 30 years before retiring in 1985. J.W. & wife, Dosia Rainey Toon were devoted members of First Baptist Church of Henderson, TX.
