He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Raynal Embry, of Fort Smith, AR; four siblings, Raycash McCullough of Fort Smith, AR, Lauren Embry of Fort Smith, AR, Jaizavious Embry of Fort Smith, AR and A'myjae Embry of Houston, TX; grandfather, Raymond Polk of Conway, AR; great-grandmother, Ann Taylor of Conway, AR and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and family friends.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Christ Temple Holiness Church, 868 Willow Street, Conway, AR. Interment will be in Robinson Cemetery.
