Funeral services for Mrs. Will Fay Ellis, 77, of Murchison and mother of a Tyler woman were held at 2 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Leo Rudd and the Rev. Charles Gwaltney officiating.
Burial was in the Chandler City Cemetery under the direction of Hassell-Foster Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ellis died Thursday after a short illness. She was a native of Chandler and had lived in Henderson County all her life. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, James W. Ellis and Russell V. Ellis, both of Chandler, three daughters; Mrs. Rozeann McClain of Tyler, Mrs Addelene Owens of Murchison, and Mrs. Beth E. Dykes of Placentia, Calif.; a brother, Joe H. Cade of Chandler, a sister, Miss Van Cade of Chandler; nine grandchildren and two great grand children.
