Minnie nee Sommerer Langholff attended Parochial school and graduated from Jefferson High School Jefferson Jefferson Co Wisconsin in 1896 and for several years taught school. April 9 1902 she was married to Carl Julius Langholff. They resided for a time in Jefferson Wisconsin and the last six years of her life resided in Fort Atkinson.
