Norbert "Butch", "Lemonade the Clown" Cortez, Jr., 51, of Brick, NJ walked into God's arms on Nov 17, 2012. He was born in NYC, graduated from Jackson Memorial H.S., Jackson, NJ; was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Howell, NJ; and later Jackson United Methodist Church, Jackson, NJ. He attended Monmouth Univ., Clown College, and owned Lemonade's Bunch Entertainment for over 30 years. Norbert performed around the globe with various circuses, entertained troops in the Middle East, and worked in many hospitals. Spreading his love & laughter to everyone was his goal in life for the short time we were privileged to have him with us.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Judy Weidner-Cortez; his mom & dad, Marilyn & Norbert Sr.; sister, Natalie Cortez; niece, Celine Montana; nephew, Dylan DiPietrantonia; and many aunts, uncles & cousins.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The Neary-Quinn Funeral Home, 39 South St., Manasquan, NJ is in charge of arrangements.
