Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the graveside in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Fripp was born in Pendleton, a daughter of the late Benjamin F. Sloan and Susan Simpson Sloan. She was a retired employee of Richmond Memorial Hospital.
Surviving is her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Mary (Eugene) Goodwin of Chapin, Mrs. Susan Sligh and Mrs. Lila (Larry) Riley of Columbia, three sons, John L. Fripp Jr., of Acworth, Ga., Edgar A. Fripp of Georgetown and Paul E., Fripp of Columbia, a sister, Mrs. Susan Burke of Charleston, 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
