Theodore was "paralyzed" in some way (according to WWI Draft reg. of 12 Sept, 1918). He spent a number of years living/staying at the Eloise Hospital (Nankin). He was listed on the census of 1930 and 1940 as being a patient there. He must have died sometime after 1948, because he is not on their records (Eloise stopped burying people there at that time). He could have outlived his 6 brothers and died after 1956, (he was the youngest), so after death was unclaimed and possibly sent to the Wayne State Medical School? I like to think that he was buried here beside his mother Amelia. He lived most of his life wherever his mother was living, or with one of his brothers families. He made himself useful by doing odd jobs (according to census records). Someday, I hopefully will find out what happened to him!
