This cemetery is the predecessor to Forest Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Eagle Rock. A church was originally located here but only foundation stones remain. The cemetery is located south of Eagle Rock, roughly midway between Hwy. 220 and the James River, on Elburnell Drive about 1/10 mile north of the intersection with Lapsley Run Road. It is surrounded by a chain link fence with a wide gate. The majority of markers are wooden stakes that are regularly replaced. There are no field stone markers in this cemetery.
