This cemetery is located in the woods at the end of Forehand Rd. At Lancaster Rd, Forehand Rd becomes a gravel path. Follow it all the way to the end of the path. There is a stand of trees at the end on the left hand side. Stop here and walk about 300 feet NE to the woods. Inside the tree line is the cemetery. There is also a large "Smith" monument a few feet away from the burials with no other information on it.

The most recent cemetery survey refers to this cemetery as the Royal Hooks Cemetery. However, all of the death certificates list this as "Smith Cemetery." Those buried here are the family of Exum and Annie Molisha Hooks. Some records indicate Molisha's maiden name was Smith. This might explain the original name of the cemetery and monument. Listed here as Smith-Hooks in order to try and link original name with more recent descriptions.
