The Cameron Parish cemetery, at Sugarland Chapel, (Anglican, and circa 1770-1820?) has long been defunct (probably for well over a hundred and fifty years), with the cemetery having grown into woods and now being surrounded by the Crestbrook suburban sprawl of the Washington DC metro. The colonial era Anglican church structure, then called Sugarland Chapel, is now long gone, and was probably where the tennis courts are now situated. If any cemetery headstones are left they would by now be buried underground. Of course some may have been wooden grave markers and thus long gone. There is a right-of-way access path to the right of the house at 1450 Powell's Tavern Place, this path goes back to the tennis courts and then to the wooded area which is actually the site of this old colonial, Anglican cemetery, now long abandoned and long overgrown.
