St John the Baptist upon Walbrook
London, City of London, Greater London, England
The parish was united to that of St Antholin, Budge Row, and the site retained as a graveyard. The Parish Registers of St John's were published along with those of St Antholin's by the Harleian Society in 1883. The formation of the District Railway in 1884 necessitated the destruction of much of the churchyard. All human remains were reinterred in a vault beneath a monument in Cloak Lane EC4.
