208 is New Bridge Road and has been known as New Bridge Road as far back as the early 1800's. Still called New Bridge Road in year 2006. The deed to the land of John T. Brown mentions New Bridge Road.
Go 2.2 miles on Rt. 208, turn right on to a drive way or small dirt road just before you reach the home of Ms Lillian Payne Knight. Ms Lillians house is 2306 New Bridge Road, Mineral, VA 23117.
Just left of the driveway, across New Bridge Road, is the house sometimes called reunion house. It was the home of Mary Brown Talley and the site of a family reunion some years ago. Ms Lillian was unable to pin down the year, perhaps 1960's.
After you make your right turn into the driveway you go down a hill and over a small creek, up a hill and on your left you see a house built Circa 1960s on the original site of the John T. Brown Home. John T. Brown's home was built Circa 1900 and torn down Circa 1962.
At this point you have driven about 2/10 mi. on the driveway. Park right of the above mentioned house and walk up the hill. The cemetery is just a short walk up the hill and on your right. In 2006 it is in an area of large cedar trees. There is a lot of periwinkle growing in the cemetery. Periwinkle used to be a popular ground cover in cemeteries.
