The Williams Family Cemetery is located behind St. Mark's Catholic Church at 9970 Vale Road, Vienna, Virginia.

The cemetery was first mentioned in an 1852 deed when Rachel Williams transferred her property to her children (Deed Book R-3, page 110). The 1/4-acre burial ground lies in the trees just west of the church, beyond the well-maintained memorial and columbarium for the inurnment of cremains.

The cemetery has undergone years of vandalism and neglect. During a survey of the site in 1973, one gravestone and several fragments were recorded, but there were no markers at the site when surveyed in 1987.
