There was a fourth child to Josephine and Herbert Pratt. Kenneth L. Pratt was born Oct. 5, 1912 in McMinnville, Yamhill Co., OR and died on March 10, 1968 in Spokane, Spokane Co., WA. He married Rachel Hayes. They had two sons William Pratt and Dale Martin Pratt.
